Decorating outside

I’m catching up on posting for my Christmas journal. Since the Christmas season officially starts the day after Thanksgiving, I decide to start my journal before Dec. 1.
Sat. Nov 28 – Today, the weather was absolutely perfect for putting up decorations outside – it was almost 75 degrees! Each year, I put the lights up outside – net lights on the bushes and  a string of lights around the front door. We’ve added an inflatable snowman (last year) and polar bear (this year), along with a lit deer (this year). This year, Marc wrapped the columns with garland, something I’ve always wanted to do. The boy just loves all the decorations!
